Wow how time has flown! A whole decade has passed since the London 2012 Olympics, an experience of a lifetime!

These games were unforgettable, performing in front of an epic home crowd and meeting some of the most amazing athletes in the world. To have won a team gold and an individual bronze with my lovely Alf truly was a dream come true and something I’ll always be grateful for.

My dad was still with me in the flesh and shortly after the Games Mark proposed.. whirlwind times but some of my favourite memories.

Between then and now so much has changed, we now have four beautiful children and Alf is loving his retirement with his buddy Andy.
